in the blueroom
After we were able to discuss the Greatest Common Factor (GCF) and the Least Common Denominator (LCM) and how to answer it through inverted division, my students brought out their art materials for them to finish their art project which will be passsed on Monday next week. I was surprised of how good (and expensive) their art materials are. Compared to the ones that I have used when I was in fourth grade, theirs were really of very high class and quality. So, there’s Camille, the artist in class is starting to talk about the stuff that they did in class yesterday morning. She said she forgot to bring with her an Oslo paper to be used for yesterday’s artwork. That’s why, their art teacher gave them an idea of painting their skin with tribal tattoos. She said she found it so cool and that she really had painted some tribal stuffs on her skin. She said she enjoyed the activity but had regretted of doing it because it was really hard to erase those paintings on her materials. She said she ended up dirty after class.
After she told her story, she went back on doing more artworks again. I even asked her to draw some on my skin too.
